If one is looking to reduce their risk of injury to compliment their PT training to decrease your stress levels this class is for you. This mat and standing fusion movement class is designed to combine the best of Pilates core strengthening and Hatha Yoga posses together in one class.

The fundamentals of Pilates are learned and practiced sagely to strengthen and tone your entire powerhouse all around your torso which includes deep abdominal muscles including your back muscles. Gentle therapeutic Yoga poses are incorporated to help the body recover, creating balance and space for the student and overall sense of well being.
