Sanya Trask, PT, MSPT

Sanya Trask graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1993 with a BS in psychobiology. She received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997. Over the past 20 years she has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, home health, acute care and skilled nursing rehab. Outpatient has always been her favorite because she likes “piecing the puzzle together” and getting to the root cause of the patient’s pain or problem, not just treating the symptoms.

Sanya has an interest in running injury prevention and treatment after having sustained an injury from running. She has lived in Warrenton for the past 3 ½ years with her husband, three children and their labradoodle Zeus. She enjoys physical activity of any type including hiking, biking, running and taking trips with her family.
