This is a great class for all levels …

This class is for those who would like to work on back strength. We will focus on creating a strong core in order to have a strong back. Resistance training and low impact target exercises are taught and practiced in a personal small group format. This class will also teach gentle stretches including active, resistance and assisted to build range of motion and increase circulation. Further benefits include, improved recovery that strengthens and hydrates connective tissues and increases range of movement. Come join us!
