Marianne Loan, LPTA

Marianne Loan is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA). She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) in 1997 with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science/PTA. She worked as a physical therapy tech from 1994-1995 in an outpatient orthopedic setting in Fredericksburg, Virginia, while working on prerequisites for NVCC prior to beginning their PTA program.

Marianne worked for Fauquier Hospital for 15 ½ years in a variety of disciplines and settings, including acute, sub-acute/rehab, outpatient, wound and home health care before joining Innovative Physical Therapy. She also worked briefly for Culpeper, Rappahannock and Madison County Public Schools in 2002.

Possessing a wide variety of experience in multiple settings, Marianne augmented her understanding with three years studying Myofascial Release with John Barnes. She prides herself on being able to meet the individual needs of each patient while focusing on the ultimate goal of returning them to their prior level of function.
