This mat and standing fusion movement class is designed to combine the best of Pilates core strengthening and Hatha Yoga poses together in one class. The fundamentals of Pilates are learned and practiced safely to strengthen and tone your entire powerhouse all around your torso which includes deep abdominal muscles including your back muscles. Gentle therapeutic Yoga poses are incorporated to help the body recover, creating balance and space for the student and overall sense of well being.

Created for patients who could benefit from lengthening muscles for those who have chronically tight muscles and are prone to cramping. Benefits include increased range of motion and reduced recovery time as well as injury prevention.
